FAQ

We are wholesale furniture importers. To purchase product directly from us, you will need an active trade account. We approve trade accounts for all kinds of professionals in the design business including interior designers, architects, builders, property stagers, developers etc.

We work with a variety of retailers within Western Australia. Please contact sales@roxbylane.net.au with your enquiry and we will be able to assist.

You will need a login for the Roxby Lane website to view this information. Please verify your trade account with the Roxby Lane at sales@roxbylane.net.au and we can assist with setting up a login.

To place an order, login to the website with your trade account and create a cart. When you’re happy with your selections, submit your order and a team member will reach out with any additional information i.e. delivery costings, collection bookings etc. Alternatively, send your order enquiry to sales@roxbylane.net.au and we can assist.

We have a 600sqm showroom located at 53 Carrington Street, Nedlands in which we display our Roxby Lane range as well as a curated range of Calibre’s latest designs. We welcome you to book an appointment to visit the showroom with your clients to experience our products in person before ordering.

While we are a B2B business, we are open to the public. We do appreciate if you can book an appointment before visiting so a team member is able to assist with any enquiries you may have.

We offer a 12-month warranty on all products, covering manufacturing defects and faults under normal use and conditions, for added peace of mind.
