Delivery & Collection
All pickups from Roxby Lane are to be by appointment only and at the discretion of Roxby Lane.
Items in stock are usually available 48 hours after payment received. You will receive a notification and we will book a collection date and time with you.
The delivery fee charged to you on your order is calculated by the weight and size of your item(s) you have purchased. These are in line with our standard delivery fees.
Delivery is charged as an estimation for ground floor, easy access, install and removal of packaging materials.
Additional costs are incurred for stairs, additional storeys, parking access -commercial and additional persons appointed by Roxby Lane required for delivery. Please contact Sales@roxbylane.net.au for any specific delivery questions you may have.
The delivery, installation and assembly option includes the placement of items in the location requested so long as the area is clear and safe to access. This service is only to the Ground Floor unless Roxby Lane have been advised and confirmed its ability in writing to deliver items upstairs or to a non-Ground Floor location. All packing items are removed when we leave.
This service excludes the moving of existing furniture as well as the permanent fixing to walls.
Due to the weight and fragile nature of marble, our marble furniture has to have delivery and installation from Roxby Lane.

Dining Tables, Buffets, Entertainment Units and Sofa's larger then a 3 seater are considered large items. These items have to be delivery by 2 or more delivery people and therefore incurs additional costs.

We have a standard Metro Delivery drop fee of $180.00 for up to 5 smaller items, as long as the weight and size do not exceed 1m2 x 1m2 when packed. This is suitable for Dining Chairs, side tables, bedsides, lamps and smaller accessories.
Standard delivery does not include installation and removing of packing. Items will be delivery to your address in their boxes. Assembly and installation is not included.
We offer delivery up to 100km from our showroom based on our standard metro delivery rates, plus a per kilometre rate. If you need a special delivery further outside of Perth, please contact sales@roxbylane.net.au to discuss your options.
