Warranty

Roxby Lane can provide guidance on which of its products are more suited for Commercial use and it is thus important to disclose in writing the nature of the project and intended use and usage of the selected products where it is to be used for commercial purposes and/or in a commercial environment.

Warranties for commercial installations can be obtained on a case by case basis from GlobeWest’s once they determine the suitability of the selected products for the intended use. Please chat to Sales@roxbylane.com.au about the list of products being specified, along with detail on the project & the areas of use for the items. 

Commercial warranties are at GlobeWest's discretion.

Warranty period 

All items carry a 12-month manufacturer domestic warranty (excluding fair wear & tear).

Returns Policy

Except in the case of any Product(s) which are defective or damaged or fail to comply with their description, Roxby Lane is under no obligation to accept any return of any Products sold to the Customer. Despite the preceding, if the Roxby Lane, in its discretion, agrees to accept any return of any Product which is not defective or damaged or fails to comply with its description:

 

Returns Terms & Conditions

(a) the Products must be returned in their original packaging (both internal & external), in unmarked and unused condition, unassembled or in the exact state of assembly as originally delivered, to the Roxby Lane

(b) freight Charges paid re the initial delivery are non-refundable;

(c) freight charges paid for the return of the relevant Products must be paid directly by the Customer or, if the return freight is arranged by Roxby Lane, must be paid by the Customer and deducted from the credit (if any due) to the Customer on the return of this stock.

(d) Roxby Lane may charge a re-stocking fee equivalent to 25% of the value of the returned Products to cover the additional administration and warehouse costs associated with the return of these items; and

(e) A credit will only be processed once these Products are received by Roxby Lanes claims department, checked and found to be in a good and as new condition.

(f) Please select carefully as refunds/credits will not be issued for change of mind on purchases. Cancellation of any part of an order will result in any deposit paid not being refunded to the Customer.
